Every year thousands of people come to The Black Joy Parade to support Black business, artists, performers, activists and more. Our communities' joy, vibes and energy are what fuel our economy. This year we encourage you to think about how your presence on February 22 makes a real impact on the vibrancy of Oakland and our Black community. The Black Joy Parade will start 14th Street & Broadway at 12:30 PM and will end at Broadway & Grand Avenue.
